Description

This cool and spicy chipotle cilantro crema is the perfect companion to all things Mexican. Chipotle peppers bring a smoky heat that’s sure to please. Makes a great dip for tortilla chips, too!

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup crème fraiche or sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 chipotle pepper in adobo, pureed

zest and juice of 1 lime

4 fresh garlic cloves, peeled/grated

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until thoroughly combined. Store, covered tightly, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
