Even though I stumbled unexpectedly onto my passion for food and cooking, it had always been a prevalent fixture in my life. My culinary school was a 6 x 8 kitchen in my grandmother’s house, stocked with groceries from the bodega and her old cast iron cookware. But I went on to become a culinary professional with over twenty years of experience, and now I’m eager to share my knowledge with you.
