Sweet, piquant, slightly smoky and aromatic, this versatile rub is absolutely phenomenal. It has always invoked the flavors I associate with Christmas, and has a warmth that brings depth and character to any dish.
Works perfectly rubbed on beef, bison, baby back ribs or turkey. Also works wonderfully as a seasoning for sweet potatoes!
